How do I order fabric samples?
You can order swatches directly from each product page. We recommend ordering samples first to ensure the color, weight, and texture meet your requirements before placing a bulk order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order length is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can increase your order in increments of 0.1 meters to get the exact amount you need for your project.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally range between 7-14 business days.
Can I return fabric once it has been cut?
Because our fabrics are cut to your specific length requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?

Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece?
Yes, all orders are cut as one continuous length. If for any reason we are unable to provide a continuous piece due to roll ends, our customer service team will contact you before shipping.
